1. Who you are dealing with
ALWAQT.AI is a studio operated by Ali Alzahrani in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering web design and development, NFC cards, AI assistants, and marketing services.
2. Prices
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- NFC cards: 80 SAR per card, with automatic volume pricing (75 SAR from 2 cards, 68 from 10, 60 from 25, 52 from 50). Bundles are priced as shown.
- Service prices are estimates until a written quote is agreed on WhatsApp or email.
3. How an order works
The basket on this site does not take payment. Sending the order opens WhatsApp with your items. The order becomes final only after I confirm availability, delivery, and payment method with you directly.
4. Delivery
Cards are programmed with your links and tested before shipping. Typical delivery inside Saudi Arabia is 2–5 working days after confirmation; large or custom-printed orders may take longer and this is confirmed in advance.
5. Warranty, returns & refunds
- If a card does not read on a normal NFC-enabled phone, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I replace it free of charge.
- Unused, unprogrammed cards in original condition can be returned within 7 days; shipping costs are not refunded.
- Cards printed or programmed with your custom links or logo are made to order and are not refundable unless faulty.
- Design and development work: deposits cover work already delivered and are non-refundable, but you keep everything completed up to that point.
6. What I need from you
Accurate links, correct account names, and content you have the right to use. You confirm that logos, photos, and text you send me are yours or licensed to you.
7. Ownership
Once a project is fully paid, the delivered website files and designs are yours. Third-party fonts, plugins, and platforms stay under their own licences.
8. Limits
I cannot control decisions made by Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, or your hosting and delivery providers, and I cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews, followers, or sales. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service or product.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
